I have 40 years experience in the UK Industrial market over which time the sector has gone from being the “poor relation“ to a “must have“ within any fund managers portfolio.

I started my career at Hillier Parker May & Rowden (now CBR ), then worked in South Africa for 3 years, before spending 15 years at Weatherall Green & Smith (now BNP). I joined GVA in 2001 where I was in charge of the National Industrial & Distribution Team with the responsibility for the acquisition, development and leasing of major distribution parks across the UK for developer and investor clients. Our excellence was recognised by winning both the EG and Property Week Awards.

My interests include cycling (badly), fishing (poorly) and wine (fairly accomplished).

I am a member of the RICS, IAS, and also of SIESTA, an exclusive networking association of senior Industrial agents, both past and present.
